Cyber University was established by the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-14 dated January 20, 2025. The main objectives of the University are as follows:
- Training specialists in information protection, information and cyber security, digital technologies and digital economy, development of AI-based automated information-analytical systems, robotics, and other related fields;
- Retraining and professional development of specialists in the field of digital technologies;
- Organizing the educational process based on advanced international experience and modern teaching technologies, and promoting the development of an open information and educational environment;
- Creating additional opportunities for youth to acquire knowledge and professions, expanding coverage and selection of personnel for government agencies, enterprises, and other organizations;
- Collaborating with leading national and international universities, research institutions, developers and users of digital technologies, and other industry-specific enterprises in the implementation of educational and scientific projects;
- Developing educational and methodological materials in relevant fields and specialties, and conducting fundamental, scientific, and applied research involving students and specialists.
