Cyber University was established by the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-14 dated January 20, 2025. The main objectives of the University are as follows:

• Training specialists in information protection, information and cyber security, digital technologies and digital economy, development of AI-based automated information-analytical systems, robotics, and other related fields;
• Retraining and professional development of specialists in the field of digital technologies;
• Organizing the educational process based on advanced international experience and modern teaching technologies, and promoting the development of an open information and educational environment;
• Creating additional opportunities for youth to acquire knowledge and professions, expanding coverage and selection of personnel for government agencies, enterprises, and other organizations;
