On April 13–14, 2026, the ancient and ever-vibrant city of Samarkand hosted two major international events: the Congress of Central Asian and European Union Universities and the III Forum of Rectors of Uzbekistan-Poland Higher Education Institutions. Within the framework of the forum, the administration of Cyber University signed Memorandums of Cooperation with Poland’s most distinguished institutions in engineering and high technology: Poznan University of Technology and the Silesian University of Technology.
During this high-profile international event, the university signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with two of Poland’s premier technical institutions: Poznań University of Technology and the Silesian University of Technology.
