In accordance with Resolution No. 462 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 23, 2025, members of families included in the social protection registry, including participants of “Ayollar daftari” and “Yoshlar daftari,” are eligible for financial assistance to pursue full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree programs at higher education institutions. The financial aid covers up to 50% of the contract amount (but not exceeding 50 times the base calculation amount). Note: This benefit applies only to full-time education; distance learning is not supported under this program.
Key Conditions:
“Ayollar daftari”:
Women over 30 years old from families registered in the social protection registry, as well as their children, are eligible for financial assistance to study full-time at higher education institutions.
If two or more children from the same family are studying at higher education institutions, financial assistance is provided to only one child.
“Yoshlar daftari”:
Youth aged 14 to 30, including those from families in the social protection registry, can access financial support for full-time vocational and higher education.
No separate benefits are provided for distance learning.
This procedure is based on Resolution No. 312 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 7, 2022 and aims to enhance the activities of “Yoshlar daftari.”
