In accordance with the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 3, 2025, No. PF–207 “On Comprehensive Measures to Effectively Protect Public Health and the Nation’s Gene Pool from Drug Abuse and Drug-Related Crimes,” higher education institutions have been organizing educational visits to correctional facilities.

Within the framework of this decree, students and responsible staff members of Cyber University paid a visit to the Manzil Correctional Colony No. 48 under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During the visit, students were provided with detailed information about the activities of correctional institutions, crime prevention efforts, and particularly the negative impact of drug abuse and drug-related crimes on society and human life. Specialists also emphasized the importance of preventing offenses among young people, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and strengthening respect for the rule of law.
The visit played an important role in raising students’ legal awareness, helping them understand the serious consequences of criminal activity, and encouraging them to avoid such actions in the future.
