What Are Cybersecurity Clinics?
Cybersecurity Clinics provide a unique platform that combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience in cybersecurity. Students conduct security audits for various organizations and offer digital security guidance to the public. Through these clinics, students enhance their skills by tackling real-world cybersecurity challenges.
Cyber University plans to join the Consortium initially as an observer, with a memorandum for full membership expected to be signed soon. Becoming a full member will open numerous opportunities for our students, including:
Establishing cybersecurity clinics;
Integrating theory with practical experience;
Gaining free, hands-on digital security training;
Building strong resumes with practical cybersecurity experience;
Participating in social initiatives that benefit communities.

Key Insights from the Meeting:
During discussions, UC Berkeley representatives provided detailed insights into the Center for Long-Term Cybersecurity (CLTC). They praised Cyber University’s innovative educational model and expressed enthusiasm for deeper collaboration.
Future Prospects:
The experience gained from UC Berkeley is invaluable. At Berkeley, graduate students with 10-15 years of industry experience teach cybersecurity in simple and accessible terms. Additionally, we learned from successful case studies where students launched their own businesses and collaborated on cybersecurity projects.
As cybersecurity evolves into both a field of expertise and a service, certification systems are also advancing. This collaboration positions Cyber University at the forefront of these developments.
Expanding International Collaboration:
Cyber University continues to foster international partnerships and implement advanced educational experiences. We also had productive discussions with Professor Shakhzod Takhirov, an Uzbek national at UC Berkeley. Through collaboration with him, our students will have the opportunity to access world-class knowledge and learn from experienced professionals.
The Future of Cyber University:
This partnership is a major milestone in Cyber University’s journey to becoming a regional leader in cybersecurity education. It will provide students with global opportunities, empowering them with strong cybersecurity expertise.
