Responsibilities

Organization of the development and implementation of the university's scientific activity and innovative development strategy
Coordination of scientific research, setting priorities and increasing efficiency
Implementation of grant and innovative projects in collaboration with local and international scientific centers and organizations
Organization of systematic work aimed at increasing the number of scientific articles, patents and other scientific results
Implementation of a personnel policy aimed at increasing the scientific potential of the university
Preparation and submission of regular reports to relevant ministries and departments on scientific activity and innovations
Modernization of scientific infrastructure, introduction of modern technologies and development of an innovative ecosystem

Requirements

Skills in strategic planning of scientific research, management of grants and innovative projects
Experience in developing scientific activities and increasing scientific capacity
Skills in establishing and developing partnerships with local and international scientific organizations
Ability to effectively use digital technologies, scientific databases and modern research methods
Skills in preparing scientific reports, analytical materials and official documents
Experience in developing innovative development strategies for higher education institutions

Terms and Conditions

Higher education (in engineering, information technology, cybersecurity, education, economics or related fields)
A scientific degree (PhD or PhD) is mandatory
At least 7 years of work experience in higher education or research, of which at least 5 years in a leadership position
Experience in managing scientific activities, grants and innovative projects
Knowledge of English at least at level B2 (C1 level preferred), knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
