Responsibilities

Effective organization of the university's educational activities and improvement of their quality
Development, approval and implementation of curricula and programs Implementation of measures to develop the pedagogical skills of the teaching staff
Regular analysis of students' achievements and problems in the educational process and taking appropriate measures
Introduction of international standards and best practices in the educational process
Preparation of reports on educational activities and submission to the university management

Requirements

Higher education (in pedagogy, educational administration or related field)
A scientific degree and title (Candidate of Science, Doctor of Science or PhD) is preferred
Knowledge of state policy, laws, regulatory legal acts and international standards in the field of education
Work discipline, leadership skills and strategic thinking skills
