Experience: At least 2 years in the education system

Probation period: 3 months

Responsibilities
  • Systematically establish individual work with students
  • Regular analysis of the social, psychological, moral and spiritual state of students
  • Monthly monitoring of student documents, behavior, and attendance in the tutoring group
  • Conducting monthly tutoring hours, keeping minutes and journals
  • Conducting educational, preventive, and spiritual-enlightening conversations with students
  • Being aware of the situation of students living in rented or student housing
  • Establishing contact with students' parents
  • Preparing semester and annual reports on the tutoring group
  • Promoting students' active participation in events organized by the university and faculty
Requirements
  • Tutors must have a higher education (preference is given to persons with a scientific degree and academic title)
  • Not younger than 25 years old, not older than 55 years old (50 years old for women)
  • Must have exemplary personal qualities - intelligence, culture, creativity, courtesy, patriotism and initiative, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently
  • Higher pedagogical or psychological education
  • Experience in working with students and a sense of personal responsibility
  • Sufficient knowledge in the field of ICT ability to use a computer and office programs
  • Ability to analyze information in the field, have skills in preparing reports
  • Knowledge of English or Russian at least at level B2 (level C1 is preferred)
Terms and Conditions
