Responsibilities

General management and coordination of the educational and methodological work of the university
Organization of the development, improvement and implementation of curricula and programs
Development and implementation of proposals to improve the quality of the educational process
Organization of the educational process on the basis of state educational standards and regulatory documents
Provision of methodological assistance to teachers and departments
Control of the correct maintenance of educational and methodological documents
Introduction of innovative educational technologies in the educational process and analysis of their effectiveness

Requirements

Higher pedagogical or higher education in a related field (master's degree is preferred)
At least 5 years of work experience in the education system, of which at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position
In-depth knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of higher education, state educational standards, regulatory and legal acts
Experience in planning, organizing and monitoring the educational process
Excellent knowledge of the Uzbek language, knowledge of Russian and English is preferred
