Responsibilities

Organization of the educational process at the master's level and ensuring its quality
Development and implementation of the university's research development strategy
Coordination of the activities of scientific laboratories and research centers and development of the innovation ecosystem
Participation in and management of local and international scientific grants, projects and programs
Supporting the scientific activities of students and researchers and implementing initiatives to commercialize scientific results
Participation in the activities of the Scientific Council and other scientific bodies, preparation of necessary reports
Regularly providing analytical information and reports on master's degree, research and innovation to the university management

Requirements

Experience in effective planning, organization and control of the educational process at the master's level
Skills in establishing scientific research activities, managing grants and innovative projects
Experience in establishing local and international scientific cooperation, participating in joint projects
Development and implementation of programs aimed at increasing the capacity of students and researchers
Skills in preparing scientific reports, analytical data and project documents
Knowledge of the processes of patenting, publishing scientific articles and implementing scientific developments into practice
Ability to analyze and implement international experiences in the fields of higher education and scientific innovation

Terms and Conditions

Higher education (in science, technology, education, information technology, innovation or related fields)
Having a scientific degree (Candidate of Science or Doctor of Science is preferred)
Having at least 5 years of work experience in the higher education system, of which at least 3 years in a leadership position
Having in-depth knowledge of organizing the postgraduate educational process, establishing research activities and managing innovative projects
Having a deep understanding of regulatory and legal documents, State Educational Standards, scientific and innovation policy
Knowledge of English at least at level B2 (level C1 is preferred), knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
High computer literacy, ability to work with scientific databases and digital platforms
