Responsibilities
  • Development and implementation of a strategy for the development of international grants and projects at the university
  • Establishing effective cooperation with international organizations and foreign partners
  • Preparation and timely submission of grant applications, project proposals and reports in a high quality
  • Monitoring of ongoing projects and grants, analyzing their results
  • Managing the work of department employees, providing them with methodological and practical assistance
  • Expanding the scope of international cooperation in the interests of the university
Requirements
  • Higher education (international relations, economics, management, finance, educational management or related fields)
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the field of international projects and grants, of which at least 3 years in a management position is preferred
  • Experience working with international organizations, grant-giving foundations and partner universities
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level), knowledge of other foreign languages ​​is preferred
  • Being able to perform tasks related to health management and international business trips
Terms and Conditions
  • In-depth knowledge of preparing, editing and submitting international grant and project documents
  • Proficiency in searching for grants, analyzing tender requirements and managing the application process
  • Ability to budget, prepare financial reports and control costs based on requirements
  • Knowledge of project monitoring and evaluation methodologies
  • Skills in negotiating and concluding contracts for local and international cooperation
