Responsibilities

Effective organization and management of the department's activities.
Development and improvement of curricula and programs in the field of cybersecurity based on modern requirements.
Implementation of work aimed at increasing the scientific and pedagogical potential of the teaching staff.
Development of the department's research activities, participation in international cooperation projects and attraction of grants.
Organization of practical training, laboratories and Olympiads aimed at improving student knowledge.
Implementation of advanced technologies in the field of cybersecurity in the educational process.
Regular provision of analytical data and reports on the activities of the department to the university leadership.

Requirements

Ability to develop and effectively implement a departmental strategic development plan.
Experience in organizing the educational process, managing educational and methodological work, and conducting quality monitoring in the field of cybersecurity.
Experience in organizing scientific research and participating in international cooperation projects.
Deep understanding of information security infrastructure, systems, and solutions.
Ability to establish partnerships with local and international organizations and manage projects.
Experience in developing, defending, and implementing grants and innovative initiatives.

Terms and Conditions

Higher education (in information technology, cybersecurity, computer engineering, programming or related technical fields).
Possession of a scientific degree (Candidate of Science or Doctor of Science is preferred).
At least 5 years of teaching experience in the higher education system, of which at least 3 years in a leadership position.
In-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of cybersecurity, information security and technologies.
Good knowledge of modern international information security standards and national legislation.
Knowledge of English at least at level B2 (level C1 is preferred), knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
High computer literacy, knowledge of the effective use of digital educational platforms and technical tools.
