Beijing, July 9, 2026 – A delegation led by Kayumov Shukhrat Shukurovich, Rector of Cyber University, Uzbekistan’s state university specializing in cybersecurity, visited the headquarters of H3C Technologies in Beijing. During the visit, the two parties officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement, marking the beginning of a long-term partnership to advance digital education, cybersecurity, and technological innovation.

Cyber University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with H3C Technologies Co., Limited, one of China's leading providers of digital infrastructure, networking solutions and intelligent digital transformation technologies. The agreement establishes a long-term framework for collaboration in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital education, Smart Campus development, scientific research and talent development.
